Terms & Conditions

By participating in this promotion, you accept the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility
- This referral program is open to all individuals who refer a new client to Bakerhill Renovations
- Referrers cannot refer themselves.
2. Promotion Period
- The promotion begins on February 24th, 2026, and will run until June 1st, 2026
- Applicable contracts must be signed prior to June 1st, 2026 though project start dates may be later.
3. Qualification for Referral Reward
- To qualify for a reward, the referred client must sign a contract valued at $25,000 or more (HST exclusive) for a new build or renovation project during the promotional period.
- The referral reward will be 1% of the contract value (HST exclusive), capped at $5,000.
- Contracts exceeding $500,000 will still be capped at this amount.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit.
- Referrals must be made prior to the quotation/proposal date
4. Reward Delivery
- The referral reward will be issued once the referred client has signed the contract and paid the project deposit.
- Larger reward amounts may be broken into multiple installments at the discretion of Bakerhill management.
- Rewards will be provided in the form of an e-transfer or cheque, and are to be deposited within 30 days or the payment may be cancelled.
- Bakerhill Renovations will contact the referrer to arrange delivery or collection of the reward.

5. Multiple Referrals
- In the event that multiple people refer the same individual, only one referrer will be awarded the referral fee. The reward will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the order in which referrals were submitted. Bakerhill has the final say in selection of recipient.

6. Disputes and Decision Making
- In the event of any disputes or need for clarification, Bakerhill Renovation’s decision will be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Bakerhill Renovations reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
